The Brooklyn Barbell Club offers individualized Olympic weightlifting programs to increase strength and improve technique. Whether you’re just starting out, looking to refine your technique, or training for a meet, we’ll design a program specifically for you to get you to your goal!

2 sessions / wk.: $125 / mo.; 3 / wk.: $175 / mo.; 4+ / wk.: $225 / mo.
Discounts are available for students, military, and law enforcement.
Olympic Weightlifting is renowned by athletic coaches far and wide as the best way to make their athletes powerful and explosive. For novice athletes, we train the fundamentals of the three contested Olympic lifts: the snatch, the clean, and the jerk. More advanced athletes will move up in weight faster and the novice lifters will stay with light weight and work on their form.
